DELIVERY INFORMATION

Flat Roofing Online delivers roofing materials within the United Kingdom. Your order is shipped directly from our supplier, subject to stock availability and delivery location. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps.
For delivery enquiries, email sales@flatroofingonline.com with the products required and your delivery postcode.

Delivery charges
SkyGuard kit-only orders: £18 including VAT (£15 excluding VAT).
Standard delivery: £24 including VAT (£20 excluding VAT).
Higher-rate products, including applicable GRP, RESTEC and Resitrix products: £39 including VAT (£32.50 excluding VAT).
Northern Ireland: £60 including VAT (£50 excluding VAT) per order.
Mixed orders use one delivery charge at the highest applicable rate. For example, a SkyGuard kit with standard-rate trims costs £24 including VAT for delivery. Standard and higher-rate products together cost £39 including VAT.
For small, lightweight items, contact us before ordering to enquire about a delivery quotation.

Please contact us before ordering skylights or arranging delivery to islands, remote locations or addresses with restricted access. We will confirm the applicable charge and arrangements before accepting your order.
Dispatch and delivery times
Estimated delivery for stocked items is 2–3 working days to mainland UK addresses, including GRP and SkyGuard orders, and 3–5 working days to Northern Ireland. These are estimated delivery times, not dispatch times or guaranteed delivery dates.
Skylights and made-to-order products have individual lead times. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Please wait until your materials have arrived and been checked before booking installation.
Order amendments
If you need to change an order, email us as soon as possible, ideally on the same day you place it. We will check whether cutting, manufacture or dispatch has begun and confirm whether the change is possible.

This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.
